Information of Delivery (I.O.D.)
Information/Confirmation of Delivery (I.O.D.) is a service provided by e-mail. An e-mail address nominated by the sender must be set up on our customer records before this service can be requested. I.O.D will be sent only for deliveries completed successfully, according to the service specified by the sender.

ParcelSave Web Site

The ParcelSave website Online Customer Services area holds host to many useful features to help ease and automate many of your despatch functions.

Web Despatch
Allows you to enter consignment information and create labels for items despatched from your premises to anywhere in the world. Collections can also be arranged from your premises or from a third-party location, without the need to contact your local site

Tracking
We continue to provide excellent visibility of your consignments throughout our network. By entering the consignment number or your customer reference, you can instantly view the status and location of your shipments, and when delivery has been made you can then view the recipients' signature.

Attempted Deliveries

Deliveries to Business
For deliveries to business addresses three delivery attempts will be made. After this the consignment will be returned to the sender after five working days from the due date of delivery if further delivery instructions are not received.

Goods In Transit Liability

Free transit liability is provided at £10 per kilo carried. Increased cover is available for a premium of £6.50 per unit of cover, one unit being £1000, to a maximum of £10,000 per consignment.

Liability for the type of product being carried may, however, be excluded, or further limited, under Clause 3 or Clauses 10 to 14 of ParcelSave Terms and Conditions, of which copies are available on request or on the ParcelSave website, www.parcelsave.com

Where the value of a consignment exceeds the carriers liability, settlement of any claim may be proportioned accordingly.

An excess of £35.00 will be applied to all claims.
