For any scheme such as ours to work it is a fundamental requirement that payments are made promptly and on time. Any member who is late paying will incur a penalty charge and will either be removed from the scheme or will have to pay a deposit to remain a member of the scheme. Our payment terms are currently strictly 14 days unless agreed otherwise in writing by ParcelSave.
In the event of a disputed invoice the dispute must be raised by email to accounts@parcelsave.com.
Please note that all submissions must be made within 14 days of date of invoice.
Your query will then be raised with Business Post and on receipt of a credit note we will then issue a credit to your account.
ParcelSave WILL NOT allow payment to be withheld as a result of service issues, failures or problems.
